I wonder if it is possible to peg a Starlink satellite using a Directv, Orby, or DishNet dish, similar to moon-bouncing with a C-band dish? I would imagine it could be possible with a 4-foot C/KU BUD as well. Anything more would be hindering the effort.
While I'm on that train of thought, why not try bouncing a 2-meter ham signal off of one of them since it is very much possible and LEGAL to do with a regular TV/Radio satellite dish. Starlink is low-orbit and may have the capability as a backup communication (relay) for Space-X. Imagine if Elon opened up that / those frequencies for Ham use...
